Auszug aus der Satzung und Verfassung des Vereins HEIV e. V.
HUMANITÄT ist der alleinige Zweck des Vereins.
EUROPA – In Europa ist der Sitz des Vereins – Die EU symbolisiert die Werte des Vereins, wie die Realisierung humanitärer und sozialer Projekte. INTERESSEN VEREINIGUNG – Der Verein steht für die Vereinigung der humanitären Interessen.
Zweck des Vereins
Der Verein dient nicht dem Zweck der eigenen Gewinnerzielung, sondern dient dem Zusammenschluss und Koordination von Vereinsmitgliedern, die zum Ziel haben, humanitäre Projekte zu finanzieren, zu realisieren und bis zur Fertigstellung zu begleiten.
Die Vereinsmitglieder / EU-SENATOREN HEIV e. V. sind unentgeltlich beratend, und aktiv tätig.
Die Finanzierung der Projekte erfolgt von Spenden und finanziellen Förderern.
EU SENTOR HEIV e. V.
Neue Mitglieder erhalten, bestehende Mitglieder haben den Titel EU SENATOR HEIV e. V.
Dieser Titel dient nicht zum Selbstzweck, sondern zum Erreichen der Ziele und der Realisierung sozialer, humaner Projekte.
Rechtsgrundlage
Verfassungsrechtliche Rechtsgrundlage der HEIV e. V. ist der Art. 9 Abs. 1 Grundgesetz BRD und in Weiterführung der kommenden Richtlinie zu European Cross-Border Asssociatons (ECBA).
Mit Eintragung in das Vereinsregister Nr.: 201278 des Amtsgerichtes Landshut nach § 21 BGB hat die nicht wirtschaftlich tätige HEIV e.V. gemäß §§ 51 – 53 Abgabenordnung und Rechtspersönlichkeit. Die HEIV e. V. erteilt mit ihrer Satzung ihre eigene Verfassung, die das
Rechtsgebiet und Regelung des Vereins ist.

The Association
HUMANITY is the only purpose of the association.
EUROPE – The association is headquartered in Europe –
The EU symbolizes the association’s values, such as the implementation of humanitarian and social projects. INTEREST ASSOCIATION – The association stands for the unification of humanitarian interests.
Purpose of the Association
The association does not serve the purpose of making a profit but rather serves to unite and coordinate members who aim to finance, implement, and support humanitarian projects through to completion. The association’s members / EU SENATORS HEIA r. A. provide advisory and active support free of charge.
The projects are financed through donations and financial sponsors.
EU SENTOR HEIA r. A.
New members receive, existing members have the title EU SENATOR HEIA r. A.
This title is not an end in itself, but serves to achieve the goals and realize social and humanitarian projects.
Legal Basis
Constitutional legal basis of the HEIA r. A. is Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany and is a
continuation of the upcoming directive on European Cross-Border Associations (ECBA).
With registration in the Association Register No. 201278 of the Landshut District Court pursuant to Section 21 of the German Civil
Code (BGB), the non-commercial HEIA r. A. has legal personality and status pursuant to Sections 51-53 of the German Fiscal Code
(Tax Code). With its statutes, the HEIA r. A. establishes its own constitution, which defines the legal area and governs the association.
HUMANITARIA DE INTERESES EUROPEOS AHIE A. r.
Nombre de la Asociación
HUMANIDAD: es el único propósito de la asociación.
EUROPA: La asociación tiene su sede en Europa. La UE simboliza los valores de la asociación, como la implantación de proyectos humanitarios y sociales.
ASOCIACIÓN: La asociación defiende la unificación de los intereses humanitarios.
Objetivo de la Asociación
La asociación no tiene fines lucrativos, sino que sirve para unir y coordinar a sus miembros, quienes buscan financiar, implementar y apoyar proyectos humanitarios hasta su finalización.
Los miembros de la asociación, los SENADORES DE LA UE AHIE A. r., ofrecen asesoramiento y apoyo activo de forma gratuita.
Los proyectos se financian mediante donaciones y patrocinadores financieros.
SENADOR DE LA UE AHIE A. r.
Los nuevos miembros reciben, los miembros existentes tienen el título de SENADOR DE LA UE AHIE A. r.
Este título no es un fin en sí mismo, sino un medio para alcanzar los objetivos e implementar proyectos sociales y humanitarios.
Base legal
Base legal constitucional de la AHIE A. r.. es el artículo 9, apartado 1, de la Ley Fundamental de la República Federal de Alemania y constituye una continuación de la futura directiva sobre Asociaciones Transfronterizas Europeas (ECBA).
